Join Jack Straw Artists Maia Brown and Shelby Handler in celebrating the launch of Ways of Awe, produced through their Artist Support Program residency. For Ways of Awe Live, Maia and Shelby have invited friends to share creative responses to the prayers each episode features: Kol Nidre, Al-Cheyt, and Kaddish. Their songs, poems, stories and teachings will be woven together with soundscapes, nigunim, and moments for self-reflection & journaling.
Doors open at 6:30. Event starts at 7pm in person, or online via YouTube or Facebook.
