Madeline Ostrander is a Seattle-based environmental journalist. Her work has appeared in the New Yorker, the Nation, and Yes! Magazine, where she is a contributing editor. She is also on the steering committee of Seattle Writergrrls and is Senior Editor for YES! Magazine.
