Iveliz Martel

Iveliz is an actor, teaching artist, and journalist from Chile. She holds an MFA in Acting from the University of Washington School of Drama and an MS in Science Journalism from Texas A&M University.

Her local theatre credits include work with Seattle Children’s Theatre, Seattle Shakespeare Company, Swim Pony, eSe Teatro, Global Works, Yun Theatre, and Strawberry Jam at 12th Ave Arts. She also created and performed her original clown solo show, Tutti Frutti, co-developed with Bradley Wrenn and staged at 18th & Union in Seattle and CoHo Theatre in Portland.

In addition to her theatre work, she has built a career as a radio reporter in Chile and is a Fulbright alumna.
