I Contain My Outside is an exhibition of intimate, interactive sculptures from Mia Mulvey, incorporating nontraditional sound devices, including paper speakers and conductive/resonant sculptural forms, allowing sound to emerge through the material itself. The works explore the idea of landscape memory as it slips from object to body, persisting in another state and carried within.
