This photographic exhibition – investigating the landscape of the Great Basin stretching from SE Oregon to Nevada, Utah and Southern California – endeavors to reveal the changing geology, man’s impact on this landscape and how climate change is affecting the area. Sollod’s work was made during a residency at Playa in Summer Lake, Oregon, while Hawkins’s resulted from multiple personal forays into the landscape.
