| 7/1/01 | Blind Youth Audio Project | High school students from various locations in Washington State participated in a month-long creative radio production project with Jack Straw, Arts & Visually Impaired Audiences, Department of Services for the Blind, and a team of artists. |
| 7/01-8/01 | Seattle Center Academy | Middle school students from districts all over King County met at the Seattle Center every day for a two-week intensive arts camp. The JSP project involved writing, recording, and producing radio plays. The radio plays were performed live at the conclusion of the session. |
| Summer 2001 | Radio Theatre Camp | 4th, 5th, and 6th grade students conceived, wrote, rehearsed and produced an original radio theatre piece. |

Students produced their pieces at Jack Straw's studios and then worked with web designers to develop web pages about the project. |
| 9/01 | Lakeside Upper School | During the month-long project exhibit, Jack Straw educators and artists were invited to facilitate a workshop for Lakeside Upper School based on the Garfield High School audio vignettes. |
| 11/01 | Cambodian Youth Project | Jack Straw collaborated with the Wing Luke Asian Art Museum and the Rainier Vista Cambodian Youth Project to record excerpts of the stage play "Finding Home" which was written and performed by middle and high school-aged Cambodian/American artists. |
| 12/01 | Vashon Island Schools | In December 2001, Jack Straw staff and interns worked with students and teachers at two Vashon Island schools, MacMurray Middle School and Chautauqua Elementary, where they had been preparing for radio drama and history productions. Jack Straw staff worked with three classes in the writing, research, sound effects creation, and the production of students' chosen themes. The students' works will be aired on Vashon radio's "Voice of Vashon". |
